Personality
Vera is quite bubbly and extroverted, always glad to socialize and get into whatever activity her mind is drawn to. She is casually foul mouthed however, usually letting swear words mix into her dialogue without even realizing it. She does however slip into a rather mellow and gentle side occasionally, none knowing where or why it happens, simply knowing that her eyes usually reflect said calm state.
History
Born as the only daughter of an assassin for hire, Vera had quite an eventful upbringing. Her family was always on the move around the world to avoid being traced and this usually prevented Vera from growing attached to anyone she met.
One day in her youth she came across a strange journal her mother possessed that had illegible writing etched deeply into every page. She was unable to read anything inside of it but upon flipping to one page and uttering the gibberish upon it, Vera found herself becoming incredibly ill, later found by her mother after she returned from another "outing". No medicine could cure her and with the girl's condition worsening, her mother made a gamble and sought out the same scriptures from the journal that placed the deadly plague on Vera to begin with and discovered Vera had uttered a summoning chant to call forth a being of plague and ruin but failed to realize not finishing the summoning would result in a sickness being placed upon you that would claim your life a week after unless rectified.
Desperate, her mother properly performed the ritual once more and called forth the unholy being from the pages and pleaded for them to save Vera's life. The plague was too deeply etched into Vera's body by then however, having killed off majority of her blood cells. The only way to save her life was to transfuse her with new blood and after accepting an unspoken deal, Vera's life was saved with her now finding herself with a new "friend" and her mother now wearing her hair lowered over one half of her face.
Vera never recalled what happened but accepted rather easily that she now shared a body with a strange black creature. The journal from that day was also never seen again…
Fighting
- She is quite the adept kick boxer and takes pride in her leg strength. She will however be quick to bite someone if able, given her naturally sharp teeth and strong jaw
- Weaknesses: she is a bit of a dimwit with a short attention span so she gets distracted very easily. she's not that good with boys who aren't Axis. not good in hot weather
- Weapons: her legs and feet, her teeth
- Skills: kickboxing, good at sewing, good at styling hair and dying it
- Abilities: she can jump quite high and long distances, has an unordinarily strong jaw, is adept at using sharp objects as makeshift weaponry

- Strengths/Feats: when she is in the zone she is practically unstoppable as she will push through with pure adrenaline if needed. due to her tough legs and incredible stamina she can walk and run quite long distances, crossing an entire state in one day in one go because she was too absorbed in a song she had on repeat one day. her leg strength allows her to kick quite hard, one time even kicking a store robber through the store's solid brick wall to the next store across the street
